AWS RDS Write Issue - Resolution

Statement :

•Application getting slow down during the heavy traffic.

•Users are unable to login/bid in business peak hours.

•During this hours, Application is not working as expected.

Observations:

•Increase in the IO

•CPU usage is consuming to 65 % in business hours

•Aurora DB

•PIOPS Increase & Hardware Updation (PIOPS)

•Horizontal Scalability : Read Replicas with dedicated server ( HS – DS )

•Horizontal Scalability : Auto Scalability ( HS – AS )

•Horizontal Scalability : On Demand ( HS – On Demand )

•Vertical Scalability
